Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical & Instrumentation MACON, GA
SALARY RANGE : $70,000 - $80,000
- REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE : 5 years’ experience in manufacturing operations
- 2 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Proven track record of successfully training maintenance employees in proper maintenance activities
- Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
- Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Oversee electrical and PLC maintenance personnel in the Maintenance Department.
- Responsible for the Electrical and Instrumentation reliability of all plant equipment.
- Strive for 0 injuries for contractors and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure that daily and weekly checks are completed on time and accurately.
- Work with Maintenance manager to identify and address maintenance issues proactively correct issues.
- Review and assign work to maintenance employees.
- Streamline associated repair costs and job execution.
- Ensure prompt repairs by responding to emergency breakdowns.
- Help maintenance manager plan monthly shutdown items.
