Fyda Freightliner Columbus is an Elite Support Certified dealer of new Freightliner trucks and Crane Carrier vocational severe-service vehicles, and carries a large inventory of all-makes of pre-owned trucks. Fyda Freightliner Columbus is the largest retailer of new and used Expediters in the United States. Serving the Columbus transportation industry hub since 1985, we operate as a full-service commercial truck dealership and body shop.
Requires professionalism and proper judgment when communicating with customers. The ability to research a variety of problem situations, posting checks to the customers account, and daily communication with customers .
- Responsible for collecting outstanding receivables on commercial accounts.
- Communicate with the customers on our payment terms, account set up conditions and inform the customer of any changes made to their account.
- Provide good customer service and support our Fyda team.
- Research and resolve all account discrepancies.
- Prepare adjustment paperwork, apply payment and maintain account balances.
- Prepare written communication in professional manner and document all conversations.
- Reconcile unidentified payments received in the AR Department.
- Mail out statements, invoices and past notices to the customer.
- Obtain valid sales tax forms and updatenew accounts
- Maintain an updated Age Trial Balance Report and resolve all unpaid invoices within 60 days of the sale date.
- Prepare daily reports.
- Provide relief for the receptionist on a daily basis
Qualifications
Requirements
- A high School diploma or 1-2 years accounting experience.
- Requires exceptional managerial skills and excel program. Good verbal/written skills and aptitude
