Primary Responsibilities
Dealer Relationship Management
- Build, sustain, and expand relationships with auto dealerships to increase loan volume and maintain consistent, high-quality originations.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealerships aligned with the bank’s indirect lending strategy.
- Provide ongoing training and support for successful program adoption.
- Analyze dealership trends, production metrics, credit performance, and market conditions.
- Recommend pricing strategies, product enhancements, and growth initiatives.
- Manage staff involved in indirect lending operations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and credit-risk protocols.
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills
- Deep understanding of dealership operations and auto finance
- Proficiency in credit risk assessment and pricing models
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
- Basic proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
Compensation
- Base Salary: $135,000 – $155,000
- Full-Time
