A top-tier global law firm is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the team in Denver, Colorado.
Who You Are
- A tech support professional with 2 years of experience, preferably at a law firm or professional services firm
- You are a clear communicator with strong customer service skills
- Confident working in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office
- Preferably bringing a bachelor’s degree plus exposure to networking basics
What You’ll Do
- Deliver on-site technical support for computers, peripherals, mobile devices, conference room AV, and video conferencing
- Manage and resolve hardware, software, telephone, and connectivity requests using the ticketing system, escalating when needed
- Configure desktops, laptops, and telephones following firm standards
- Maintain accurate hardware/software inventory records
- Participate in pilot testing, system build checks, and software updates; prepare documents and spreadsheets as required
- Provide backup help desk coverage, coordinate vendor repairs, and assist with technology needs for off-site events

- Users receive timely, effective, and well-communicated support
- Systems, devices, and conference rooms are reliable and ready for use
- You consistently demonstrate strong service orientation, attention to detail, and follow-through
Salary Range: $75,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience
