Day Shift CNC Mill Operator for Gaishin Manufacturing East Kalamazoo Facility:
Our Day Shift works Monday - Thursday from 6:00am- 4:00pm. We are looking for candidates that are looking for a long-term career at a company that values and supports their employees.
What We Are Looking For
A successful machinist/operator within our organization will accurately and efficiently use CNC vertical milling machines to produce quality parts, troubleshoot, set-up or process issues quickly, maintain equipment, and keep all production areas clean and organized.

What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of previous CNC Mill operation preferred.
- Min. 1 year of any CNC operation
- Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools, calipers and micrometers, etc.
- Understanding of production procedures.
- Experience in geometric tolerancing along with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals as well as GD&T.
- Self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and awesome communication & interpersonal skills.
- Dependable individual with an excellent work ethic and the ability to stand/walk during the entire shift.
