Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their automotive service needs
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose mechanical issues
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance to customers
- Prepare accurate service estimates and obtain customer approval for work to be performed
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain open lines of communication with customers throughout the service process
- Update customers on the status of their vehicles and address any concerns or questions
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing service department workflow - Proficiency in using CDK software for service management.
