Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Host two open houses each month
- Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines
- Join in team activities according to team standards
- Dedicate time for weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and promote properties
- Showcase your knowledge in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
- Negotiate offers for your sellers
- Maintain records of activities and clients using PLACE Technology
- You have a natural drive and a competitive edge in sales.
- You excel at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions.
- Prospecting and generating leads are your areas of expertise.
- Handling objections is second nature to you.
- You communicate effectively and are dedicated to providing excellent service.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Hold a valid real estate license.
- Have over 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Possess strong skills in both written and verbal communication.
- Eager to learn and focused on personal growth.
- Well-organized.
- Open to learning new scripts and dialogues.
- Manage your time efficiently.
