Requirements:
- Personality, Emphatic, and High sense of urgency
(Is far more important than job experience)
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- Microsoft office experience, and experience with the latest technology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to prioritize work independently, multitask, and problem solve
- Good communication, Organizational skills, and Customer service
- Experience with Audatex, and CCC One
- Excellent phone skills, and negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
- Write detailed estimates, and execute a proper repair plan
- Communicate effectively with fellow team members
- Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner daily
- Maintain accurate files, vehicle location, and daily notes
- Continuously strive to improve efficiency
- Ability to adapt to daily changing circumstances
- Must assume responsibility for quality work and deadlines, no excuses
