An hourly salary range of $20.43 to $23.75 is anticipated for this position.The duties listed below are not all of the duties that may be assigned but are those that are considered as essential for an employee to perform.

- Interview clients and research records to obtain information needed to complete overpayment determinations. Work with employers, landlords, utility companies, schools and other agencies to obtain information.
- Take citizen reports, calls from workers and other agencies reporting possible fraud/overpayments, investigating when appropriate.
- Log in referrals into EPICS, work with Accounting on cash payments and logging them into EPICS. Work with Tax Intercept procedures.
- Explain to clients and community eligibility requirements. Explain to clients why they have an overpayment.
- Prepare summaries and present evidence for Administrative and State Hearings.
- Must be available to work mandatory emergency shelters & other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of eligibility experience as an Income Maintenance Caseworker or similar role.
