Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $600K–$650K with an exceptional bonus structure and earning potential of $1M
- Loan Repayment: Up to $100K for qualified candidates
- Early Sign-On Stipend for Fellows: $1,500/month during your final training year when you sign early
