Job Overview:
Imagine a role where you’ll be delivering top-notch service, assisting customer with their financial transactions, and introducing them to a variety of products and services to simplify their banking needs.
A Glimpse at the Schedule:
Monday to Friday: Afternoon shifts (12/1-6:15PM)
Rotating Saturdays: 9AM-12PM
Plus, don't forget the extra $5/hr for every Saturday shift.
Core Responsibilities:
Open new accounts and educate customers on our range of products and services.
Seamlessly introduce services that can enhance customers' banking experience during interactions.
Manage and balance cash drawer accurately.
Address basic customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, while adhering to regulations and privacy policies.
Demonstrate exceptional "Brilliant at the Basics" customer service skills and foster meaningful relationships.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior customer service, cash handling, and/or sales experience preferred.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in transaction processing.
