- Lead and develop a team of 15 across leasing, resident experience, customer service, and client management
- Use data-driven insights and KPIs to enhance performance, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Optimize client portfolios while proactively mitigating risk and ensuring compliance
- Design and execute long-term strategies aligned with company-wide growth goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations across departments

What You'll Own
- Performance & Execution: Lead your managers with clarity and hold teams accountable to outcomes-not just activity.
- KPI & Operational Oversight: Monitor leasing metrics, tenant retention, client satisfaction, and process efficiency.
- Client Portfolio Management: Ensure all of our clients receive strategic, financially aligned service delivery.
- Financial Stewardship: Own the P&L and ensure targets are not only met-but exceeded.
- Compliance Leadership: Mitigate risk and ensure adherence to RTLO and landlord/tenant regulations across jurisdictions.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as the bridge between property management and other operational teams.
- People Development: Mentor your team, champion engagement, and fuel career growth at every level.
What You Bring
- 5-10 years of experience in residential property management leadership
- Strong working knowledge of Illinois landlord/tenant law, RTLOs, and regulatory compliance
- Proven success overseeing teams of 10 and managing departmental P&L
- Deep understanding of operational KPIs and workforce performance data
- Strategic vision with experience designing and executing long-term plans
- A current Illinois Broker's License (required)
