What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intel Analyst position at GCyber?
GCyber is hiring an Intel Analyst to support our customer at the Office of the Military Commissions.
As the Intel Analyst, you will:
- Applies analysis processes to methods, information security, procedures, and best practices, and advanced technical, research, analytical, and/or investigative techniques to develop and deliver solutions and strategies based on client requirements with a law enforcement, justice/litigation, intelligence, homeland security, and/or homeland defense services-based scope.
- Develops, maintains, improves, and contributes substantively to knowledge base, records, and files for case support and/or the project, to include cataloging and detailed research, analysis, and investigation of evidence and case materials, information/data, and reports.
- Analyzes and assesses operational mission, activities, and requirements to determine or obtain qualitative and quantitative bases for support to strategy development, decision making, and resource allocation.
- Generates functional area strategies for enhanced operations in a cross-functional integrated team(s) and throughout the client organization.
- Employs process design and improvement methodologies and principles for enhancement of task, team, project, and/or system performance.
- Creates project, team, and/or functional area plans to achieve performance-based objectives and enhance task execution and service(s) performance.
- Provides integral functional area support in case research, investigation, analysis, assessment, and information security; requirements determination and development; policy and procedures development, documentation, and implementation; and operations and performance management.
- Works closely with client constituent equity stakeholders to determine requirements and ensure compliance with exceptions and perform technical and analytical liaison with law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
- Ability to interact with senior-level clients, prepare and draft analytical reports, and articulate client requirements in working groups and other forums.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-5 years relevant experience
- Strong Skills with MS Office suite
