Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram has been performing extremely well as of late and now is a great time to join our dealership! We are seeking out an experienced Service Advisor to join our service department. Our service department is always busy and there is a lot of work to go around! Working as our Service Advisor, you would be the main point of contact between our guests and our technicians. The ideal candidate would have prior automotive service advising experience.
Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.

Qualifications
Service Advisor Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous Automotive Advising experience strongly recommended.
- A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention-to-detail
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
