Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan, a well-establish and highly regarded automotive dealership located off I-5, is actively seeking out an experienced Service Advisor to join our team! Our dealership is growing rapidly, and our service department is always busy. Working as our Service Advisor, you would be writing ROs for the technicians and providing communication between the service department and our clients. The ideal candidate would have prior experience in service writing with a great work ethic.
Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the departments’ sales forecast.
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.

Service Advisor Qualifications
- Customer Service / Relations is strongly preferred.
- A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention-to-detail
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
