Ron Tonkin Toyota, the premier Toyota dealership in the Portland Metropolitan, is hiring a Service Concierge to join our team! Our dealership is state-of-the-art, and we are always busy. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a long-term career – the Service Concierge position provides career development and growth. Working as our Service Concierge, you would be primarily providing top-notch customer service to our clients in the Service Department and assisting with smaller tasks. The ideal candidate would have a strong customer service background with a strong work ethic.
Service Concierge Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist service customers with check-ins.
- Staging vehicles in the service repair area.
- Completes the loaner vehicle contracting and oversees the rental car utilization.
- Cleaning and detailing loaner vehicles.
- Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments.
- Monitor the dealership grounds and keep them free of trash and clutter.
- Assist the service advisors as necessary.
- Other duties that may arise in the service department.
Service Concierge Benefits and Compensation
- Pay: $18 - $21/hr

Qualifications
Service Concierge Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Driver’s License.
- Prior Customer Service Experience.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
