The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco and Azure network infrastructures, advanced routing protocols like BGP, and a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles to ensure the ongoing security and stability of our IT environment. Additionally, familiarity with the Freshservice ticketing system and a customer service-oriented approach are highly desirable.
