Custom Exhibit and Print Shop Operator

General Exposition Services, a rapidly growing trade show contractor that prides itself on the premium equipment and services it offers to all clients and exhibitors, is currently searching for a reliable and efficient Custom Exhibit and Print Shop Operator to add to our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Reports directly to Graphics Manager, with support and direction from Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Operations
• Assist in physical printing and cutting of graphic materials for show site installation (training provided)
• Maintain printed inventory along with VP of Sales and Graphics Manager
• Maintain raw materials inventory along with VP of Sales and Graphics Manager
• Prep, clean, and maintain hardware for all custom exhibit and graphics applications, under direction of VP of Operations and Warehouse Manager
• Pre-assemble standard units and install graphics applications as necessary (training provided)
• Retrieve equipment returning from job site, check for damages and report to VP of Operations and Warehouse Manager
• Follow work orders for equipment usage and fill orders as directed
• Maintain cleanliness and order within assigned workspace and ensure quality of materials shipped to show site
• Warehouse and show site assistance as needed

Minimum Skills and Requirements:

• Licensed to drive Forklift (training provided)
• Tradeshow or event experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexible scheduling, nights weekends as needed especially during ‘busier’ time of year
• Required to stand for long periods of time, walk up and down stairs, carry and lift up to 25 lbs without issue
• Ability to measure, cut, and organize materials
• Experience with light machinery or print shop operation preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
