Graphic Designer (Contract-to-Hire with Full-Time Potential)

We are seeking a well-rounded and highly skilled, Denver-based Graphic Designer to join our Brand and Marketing Agency on a contract-to-hire basis. You will be responsible for creating compelling concepts and designs across multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with our team to understand the goals and objectives of our clients and develop creative solutions that align with their needs. This role will begin as a 3-month contract with the intention to transition into a full-time position based on mutual fit and performance.

Key Skill and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a graphic designer with a brand, advertising or marketing agency
• Proven experience in developing concepts, design creation, and production implementation
• Excellent design skills, including identity development, typography, color, composition, layout and storytelling
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand and other visual design extensions such as traditional and digital advertising, social media creative, collateral, etc.
• Experience in designing and producing for both digital and print mediums
• Highly motivated self-starter able to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain consistency in brand voice across all deliverables
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with team members
• Familiarity with web design principles and experience in designing for responsive websites is a plus
• Ai tools, video editing, and creating brand guidelines experience are a plus

Responsibilities

• Participate in design projects from ideation through delivery
• Create visually compelling designs for brand, marketing, digital, and advertising materials
• Ability to create and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables
• Work closely with other designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and work under tight deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies in the industry

Software Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign minimum, others are a plus)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Google Workplace
• Figma is a plus

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present and explain design concepts

Salary range is $55K-$70K. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
