Whatyou will bedoing :

• Provideand source parts for specialized equipment for our fleetcustomers
• Use yourparts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members and answerquestions forcustomers
• Provideoutstanding customer service and interact with management andtechnicians
• Bringcustomer focus and high energy to our fast-pacedenvironment.
• Ask appropriatequestions to ensure correct parts are researched andsourced.
• Inform customers on partsavailability.

Whatyou’llneed :

• ValidDriver’sLicense
• Previousexperience in a parts store or automotive industry or at least awillingness to learn all things autoparts
• High SchoolDiploma or GED. Technical or Trade school courses ordegree
• Excellentverbal and written communicationskills
• Great listeningskills and empathy forcustomer
• Ability towork on or around an airport environment in a shopenvironment

Andif you have this, even better (not a deal breaker if youdon’t) :

• Backgroundand / or passion for automotive industry, heavy equipment, farmindustry, diesel, marine, ordealership
• Knowledge ofcataloging, sourcing, AND / OR inventory management systems, aplus
• Entirelycustomer-centric(external / internal)
• ASECertifications
