Healthy Families, a division of Georgia Mountains Health Medical Group (GMH), located in Chatsworth has a great opportunity for an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our established team providing care to adults and children. GMH is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center, mission driven organization, committed to providing compassionate and quality health care to families in North Georgia.
Chatsworth, Georgia is a quaint small town nestled in the mountains of North Georgia, known for mountain biking, fishing, hiking, and picturesque scenery. You can live and work in a diverse and family-friendly environment enjoying this beautiful small town that is accessible to Atlanta and Chattanooga in less than 1.5 hours.
The physician will be part of the primary care team, working closely with other physicians, behavioral health, clinical and support staff in a team-based approach. Each provider has 2 clinical support staff to assist with workflow. Average number of patients is 20-24 per day. Enjoy a family friendly, four-day, 36-hour clinical workweek with 4 hours charting time in office or remote. Excellent base compensation model with potential to earn up to or more than $5,000 per month in bonus incentive.
Required Qualifications:
Georgia Medical License-active status
Degree from an accredited Medical School
BLS/CPR -active status
Bilingual- Spanish/English preferred
