Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including end-users and distributors.
- Provide direction and support to independent manufacturer's representatives to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering related field required.
- 2-5 years of demonstrated success in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering within an industrial or manufacturing company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review pricing and margin data and make informed decisions.
