Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data
- Utilize Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Create visualizations to present financial data effectively
- Assist in strategic planning initiatives based on financial insights
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis
- Shareholder tour to the target area and properties.
- Draft reports and explanatory materials in Japanese, and to accurately understand feedback and revision requests from headquarters, supervisors, and collaborators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst
- Proven understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial statement analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
- Familiarity with SQL for data analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes
- Experience in accounting and finance at a Japanese company is a plus.
- A genuine interest in and understanding of the residential construction industry.
- Ability to comprehend spoken English in meetings, rapidly interpret contracts and internal documents, and engage in general conversation.
