Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the clinical team to ensure exemplary healthcare services for our residents.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers to tailor personalized care.
- Collaborate with community leadership and mentor clinical staff, prioritizing resident and family satisfaction.
- A valid state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
- Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
- Minimum of three years of relevant clinical leadership experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading healthcare organizations, particularly in the Assisted Living sector.
- A valid driver’s license.
