Key Responsibilities
- Monitor member and partner engagement in advertising campaigns, ensuring accurate records are maintained within the organization’s CRM.
- Coordinate the execution of domestic advertising campaigns, which involves arranging meetings, overseeing deadlines, and generating reports. Campaigns may encompass print, digital, video, native, and more.
- Act as a liaison with the media buying agency to ensure that advertising projects remain on schedule. Provide updates, address challenges, and propose solutions to the internal team.
- Submit and track invoices associated with paid media campaigns, ensuring budget compliance and keeping leadership updated on financial conditions.
- Leverage digital tools such as the CRM and expense platforms to streamline workflows, tag members, and process invoices.
- Assist with departmental initiatives, including updating presentations, curating website content, and supporting off-site promotional events.
- Deliver exemplary service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and vocabulary.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and keen attention to detail, including proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with the travel or hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively to achieve objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar field; experience with an advertising agency is a plus.
