What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onsite Ops Support Specialist position at GetixHealth?
Position responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the client (Dignity Health/Optum360) and GetixHealth operations.
- Answer inquires on accounts assigned to GetixHealth via emails, calls, and patient walk-ins. Customer service background is a must.
- Setting up payment plan requests, placing holds on accounts, canceling accounts, and other general account questions.
- Answer account inquires or updating accounts in the client's host system for GetixHealth Customer Service.
- Complete credit card reporting from patient payments collected on accounts.
- Review status of financial assistance applications
- Complete patient credit card refunds processing
- Review correspondence review for accounts assigned
- Review missing payments or correct posting
- Perform insurance follow up to ensure self-pay balance is correct
- Pay range is 18 to 22 an hour.
