INSIDE SALES MANAGER POSITION LOCATED IN POWELL, OHIO

Salary Range : $85 - $105K base and commission potential

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our GFS Chemicals Family to help lead a growth-focused sales force team. 

Requirements:

    • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university required; technical degree related to science; preferred.
    • 3-5 years of previous sales management in an industrial industry – chemical preferred.
    • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights.
    • Effective verbal and written communicator, able to communicate with a variety of audiences and management levels and translate business requirements into web requirements.
    • Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing sales strategies for a call center environment.
    • Proven success hitting sales goals in a high growth organization.
    • Ability to lead by example and set high standards of creative thinking to drive the business to new levels.  
    • Proven success managing a fast-paced call center to achieve sales targets.
    • Ability to effectively manage and execute numerous projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
    • Demonstrated ability to attract, retain and drive high caliber sales and customer service talent
    • Experience with chemicals, preferred.


Responsibilities:

The incumbent will understand the customers’ business, their purchasing habits and history, and build relationships with key decisions makers. They will focus on identifying new opportunities to expand sales with new prospects as well as organically grown existing customer revenues. This position will be required to drive effectiveness of compensation programs to meet goals, including, but not limited to, sales commission plans to exceed sales targets. Incumbent will be given in-depth training to allow them to become an expert in GFS products and will communicate their value and utility.
