Based in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, or Washington D.C., the Recruiting Outreach Assistant will be responsible for working directly with the Recruiting Outreach team to help provide support to all aspects of entry level hiring from on-campus events to 2L screening interviews.
This role reports into the Sr. Manager, Recruiting Outreach and will also provide as-needed support to the Chief Recruiting Officer, Recruiting Outreach Coordinator, and the office’s local recruiting team.
Responsibilities include:
U.S.-Wide Screening Interview Logistics & Coordination
- Assisting with reviewing and organizing applications.
- Assisting with scheduling all 2L screening interviews, OCI, and Early Interview Programs (EIP) across all offices.
- Coordinating with attorneys for interview participation and feedback collection.
- Providing support to local offices for pre and post-offer in-person events (office receptions, super days).
Law School Engagement
- Supporting pre-OCI outreach, including sponsorship coordination, event planning, and materials/swag preparation and delivery at all schools.
- Updating school-specific calendars and communications.
- Tracking and following up with students after events.
- Providing administrative support to the Outreach Sr. Manager and Outreach Coordinators.
Event Planning & Execution
- Providing support with logistics for all in-person and virtual law school outreach events (e.g., receptions, info sessions, panels).
- Providing support to local offices for in-office outreach events (i.e. Home for the Holidays, Spring Reception).
- Managing attendee tracking and post-event follow-ups.
- Ensuring firm branding and materials are current and consistent.
Data & Reporting
- Assisting with entering and maintaining candidate data in recruiting systems.
- Running reports and assisting in post-season analysis and hiring metrics tracking.
- Supporting compliance with data privacy, NALP guidelines, and internal audit standards.
Team & Operational Support
- Assisting with creating and maintaining process documentation and timelines.
- Coordinating with marketing, diversity, and alumni relations teams where applicable.
- Providing support locally as needed. E.g. West Coast assistant will provide administrative support to San Francisco and Palo Alto offices during summer program and interview seasons.
Qualifications
- Ability to organize and implement detailed, complex projects while balancing a wide variety of duties.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
Experience
- 1-2 summers of professional experience through an internship or similar.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other programs.
- Familiarity with ViRecruit, ChromeRiver, and iManage is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual compensation range for this position is $60-65k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
