Provide support and coordination to the Manufacturing & Labs organization by assisting the managers and supervisors with the daily operations in the Production, Sample Lab and Warehouse areas. You will report to the Transportation Manager and you'll be located in our Mt. Olive, NJ office.
You will:
* Prepares and processes paperwork and labels for use in manufacturing areas. Monitor, multiple systems (i.e. CMS/LCMS/DELI/ARI) to ensure workload is available. Collate paper-work and labels for use by the compounders/material handlers, highlights any special instructions on orders as instructed, and ensures priorities are followed. Files completed orders and associated paperwork
* Prepares Sample Lab samples for shipping, including the preparation and consolidation of required paperwork (i.e. MSDS, pricing letters, regulatory), and coordinates with Shipping personnel.
* Processes oil and solution requests from Creative Centers. Communicate to team members at each site. Process FIB sample requests, including associated inventory adjustments.
* Updates systems for orders that have been increased, decreased or canceled. Expedites requests.
* Communicate with team members on changes to production schedules or delivery dates.
* Responsible for collecting Indicator data, compiling multiple reports and distributing these reports to team members. Provide back up to others in Production Support Department. Participate in special projects such as implementation of new systems and upgrades, development of new Measurement reports, and continuing improvement initiatives.
