Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, cash application, collections, and customer account maintenance. This role is vital for maintaining cash flow and fostering strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently apply payments to customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the accounting system.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.
- Assist in preparing reports on accounts receivable status and aging analysis.
- Monitor and track outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
