About the Role
Are you a veteran SAP Basis expert with a passion for supporting national defense? We are seeking a Senior SAP Basis Administrator (Lead) to serve as the technical cornerstone of the clients ERP team.
In this P5-level leadership role, you will drive the health, stability, and strategic roadmap of a complex S/4HANA landscape. You’ll lead a dedicated SCRUM team to solve high-level technical challenges within a secure, mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary POC for all Basis operations; mentor junior administrators and sync with Middleware, Portal, and Security teams.
- Landscape Management: Direct the installation, configuration, and end-to-end maintenance of SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
- Agile Integration: Drive technical feasibility and effort estimation within SCRUM ceremonies.
- Performance Optimization: Lead advanced system monitoring and workload analysis to ensure the ERP suite operates at peak performance.
- Federal Compliance: Maintain rigorous Federal and Aerospace security standards within a Secret-cleared infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 10 years of SAP Basis administration (P5 Level).
- Leadership: Proven track record leading technical teams in large-scale enterprise environments.
- S/4HANA: Deep expertise in S/4HANA architecture, migrations, and HANA DB.
- Industry: Experience in Aerospace & Defense or Federal Manufacturing/MRO projects.
- Clearance: An Active Secret Clearance is required for this position.
- Mobility: Must be based in St. Louis or willing to travel M-F to the St. Louis site.
