Are you a technical architect who thrives at the "heart" of the system? We are seeking a Senior SAP HANA Database Administrator to lead the technical integrity and optimization of a mission-critical S/4HANA landscape.
This isn't just a maintenance role—you’ll be designing resilient architectures and ensuring data fluidity for complex Finance and Manufacturing modules in a high-stakes defense environment.
🔍 The Mission
As our Senior HANA DBA, you will be the guardian of our S/4HANA database. You’ll ensure high availability, execute complex patching, and collaborate with functional teams to eliminate bottlenecks in a P4-level environment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- HANA Administration: Lead database management, including backups, recovery, and High System Replication (HSR).
- Architecture Design: Refine and optimize the SAP HANA landscape to meet rigorous Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) standards.
- Performance Tuning: Partner with Finance Functional teams to troubleshoot SQL execution and optimize database bottlenecks.
- Security & Lifecycle: Execute seamless upgrades and patching cycles while maintaining strict security protocols.
✅ What You Bring to the Table
- Expertise: 7 years of P4-level SAP HANA Database Administration.
- S/4HANA DNA: Proven experience working within an S/4HANA environment is mandatory.
- Industry Context: Deep understanding of Federal, Aerospace, or Defense sectors (specifically MRO or manufacturing data).
- Clearance: A current, active Secret Clearance.
