Requirements Engineer

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Systems requirements development, support of system architecture, and support of test plan development.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles (ISO-15288, ASPICE, etc.).
• Understanding of functional safety (ISO-26262).
• Proven experience in system architecture development and requirements management.
• Ability to manage traceability, consistency, and validation of requirements.
• Familiarity with Li-Ion battery system functionality, safety, and performance
• Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience working with HW, SW, & mechanical engineering teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and provide clear technical direction.
• Familiarity with Jama for requirements management is desired.
