What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Psychotherapist, Private Practice position at Global Psychotherapy Center of Bethesda?
We seek part-time couples therapists to join our growing practice locally and remotely. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology and are licensed to practice in Washington DC and Virginia, or Washington DC and Maryland
** In addition, Nurse Practitioners and other Mental Health Professionals with relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Many of our clients are international; therefore, the ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish or another language and have experience working with couples regarding the following:
Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, or OCD
Couples Therapy **
Parenting issues
Grief, Trauma, Chronic Illness, or Cancer
Life transitions, Work-life balance or stress-management
CBT, EFT or Psychodynamic Therapy
EMDR, Mindfulness, or evidence-based therapy models.
The Global Psychotherapy team will set you up for success by providing client referrals, targeted marketing campaigns, and furnished office space in our Washington, DC, or Bethesda location, should you prefer to work in person.
