Global Sales is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to work Mon - Fri, 8 am to 5 pm in our East Tampa (33619) office. Applicants MUST have recent experience in this role. We offer a casual environment with a caring company culture.
Job Summary:
The Account Specialist will maintain, audit and assist in all phases related to accounting records for the company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and shipping instructions
- Entering customer payments
- Processing Bills
- Processing credit card payments
- Reconciling credit card statements
- Sales tax
- File close out
- Credit application preparation and processing
- Paid leave calculations
- Payroll
- Reconcile bank statements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial data analysis.
- Ability to use accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial data.
- Ability to efficiently operate a 10-key calculator or equivalent and other related office equipment.
- Proficient in NetSuite or similar software.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree with accounting coursework preferred.
- At least two years of bookkeeping experience required, preferably in the sales or distribution industry.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
