OCI-GMS-DrillTools is seeking a seasoned Director of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) to lead our safety and environmental strategy across all facilities. This role is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance while building and sustaining a strong, proactive safety culture throughout the organization. This leader will partner closely with Operations and site leadership to implement scalable EHS programs that support our growth and operational excellence objectives.

As Director of EHS, you will:

• Develop and implement company-wide EHS programs, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable local regulations
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action initiatives
• Conduct audits and enterprise-wide risk assessments
• Train leaders and employees on EHS best practices
• Serve as the EHS subject matter expert across all sites
• Drive continuous improvement in safety performance and environmental stewardship
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• 10 years of EHS leadership experience in manufacturing environments
• Strong regulatory, compliance, and risk management expertise

Preferred Qualifications

• CSP, CIH, or similar certification
• Multi-site EHS leadership experience
