Shiocton Cut Stock in Shiocton, WI is looking for general laborers to join our mill staff. 40 hour work weeks, hours Monday - Thursday, 6:30am-5:00pm. We are located at W7824 Smith St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, reliable and self-sufficient. Come join our team!

General Labor
Pay: $16 -$20/Hour
The Machine Operator safely operates and maintains equipment to meet customer specifications.
Essential functions:
- Conduct activities in a safe manner, follow company safety guidelines and requirements, use personal protective equipment, and proactively address any unsafe conditions observed. Maintain housekeeping and safety compliance, inspection ready at all times.
- Responsible for setting up machines, maintaining process flow, shutting down machines, and performing maintenance, as necessary.
- Cleans and inspects machinery daily.
- Communicates with others on the line to facilitate production.
- Keeps workspace and surroundings clean and neat to foster productivity and efficiency.
- Other assignments as made by management.
Qualifications:
- Willing to train
Education/certification/licensure:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge and skills required:
- Basic mechanical skills
