Position: Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the perfect products for their homes, ensuring a great experience from start to finish. By combining product knowledge with personalized service, you’ll transform leads into loyal clients and help us maintain our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become a Product Expert: Gain a deep understanding of our products to provide tailored solutions for each customer.
- Drive Sales Success: Use your sales skills to exceed customer expectations, close deals, and contribute to overall sales goals.
- Prepare Estimates: Accurately create job quotes and track opportunities in our CRM.
- Expand Your Network: Build strong relationships in the residential construction industry to grow your client base.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with colleagues to ensure a seamless experience for each customer.
- Set and Achieve Goals: Track and meet sales objectives, contributing to our company's growth.
- Commit to Learning: Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product innovations and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years in retail sales.
- Construction industry or interior design experience, or a related field is a plus!
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Ability to work at least two Saturdays a month (with additional compensation or time off).
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
