We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a Automation & Manual Line Pharmacy Technician . The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining automated dispensing equipment, and manually preparing and packaging medications ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the medication dispensing process.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain automated dispensing equipment
- Prepare and package medications
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the medication dispensing process
- Perform quality control checks on medications
- Adhere to all pharmacy policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- KY Pharmacy Technician certification (can be obtained upon hire)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to stand for duration of 8 hour shift
