Gold and Diamond Source (GDS), America’s fastest-growing family-owned jewelry store, is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Website/E-Commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in helping us showcase our stunning inventory online and provide the same world-class experience our customers enjoy in-store.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage and update product listings on our e-commerce platform (descriptions, pricing, photos, availability)
• Oversee daily operations of the GDS website and online store
• Coordinate with photography and marketing teams to launch new products and promotions
• Monitor website performance and user experience (site speed, navigation, broken links)
• Process and follow up on online orders and customer inquiries
• Collaborate with the marketing team on SEO, email campaigns, and digital advertising
• Generate reports on website traffic, product performance, and online sales
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion rates
Qualifications:• 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or web content management
• Experience using platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic graphic editing or image optimization skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Excel, and CRM tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Jewelry or luxury retail experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently
