SUMMARY
Goldbelt TRAM is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parking Lot Attendant. The Parking Lot Attendant will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient parking operations, providing guests with a positive arrival and departure experience.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Direct vehicles to available parking spaces in an organized and efficient manner
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure, providing friendly and professional assistance as needed
- Collect parking fees and issue receipts, ensuring accuracy in transactions
- Monitor the parking lot area for any safety hazards or security concerns, taking appropriate action as needed
- Manage traffic flow within the parking lot, especially during peak times, to minimize congestion and ensure safety
- Keep the parking lot clean and well-maintained, including removing debris and snow as necessary
- Effectively communicate with guests and colleagues to provide information and assistance as required
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and guidelines, to maintain a safe and compliant parking environment

- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift objects as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (education, experience, skills)
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS (education, experience, skills)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
- Current CPR and first aid certificates.
Drug testing may be required.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Constant movement in/out of an aerial tramway cabin up/down a 1800 ft. elevation; exposed to inclement weather conditions (rain, wind, snow); constant public interaction and communication; constant exposure to extreme heights; possible exposure to dangerous situations during emergency evacuations. The Tram is a non-smoking facility with designated outside-smoking areas.
