Cage Shift Supervisor

As a Cage Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing a specific number of table games within gaming pits whilst offering the highest possible level of customer service to all guests.

Responsibilities

Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures
Responsible for the security of the company's assets, which includes verification of cashiering transactions within their respective area
Manage cage inventory to include chip bank, main bank, check bank, front window and booth inventories
Verify the Banks and/or Windows on their respective floor at the end of each shift and complete a Daily Shift Report outlining any variances, problems
Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory cage, banking, or cashiering role
In-depth knowledge of casino table games, rules, and regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of gaming industry trends and innovations
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license
