We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team and help elevate our brand through innovative design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Develop and produce engaging digital graphics, including but not limited to social media content, website banners, email templates, online ads, and digital brochures.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital design work adheres to the company's brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to create visually appealing assets that support marketing campaigns and product launches.
- User Experience: Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Content Adaptation: Adapt existing print designs for digital use and optimize them for various devices and screen sizes.
- Creative Brainstorming: Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for digital campaigns and projects.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of assets and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work to keep our digital presence fresh and innovative.
- Quality Control: Review and proof all design work to ensure high-quality standards are met before final delivery.
- Performing other general duties as assigned by executive management/ownership
Requirements
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).
- Knowledge and use of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members to accomplish task.
- Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree preferred
