We are offering an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Specialist.
We are seeking innovative, forward thinking, and tenacious individual to work with our leadership team, existing and prospective clients, and our partners. To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organized, socially confident, exude excellent customer service skills and must be able to multitask. An outstanding candidate should be able to keep all facets of an office running smoothly and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Answering the telephone and making follow-up calls.
- CRM data entry/software data management
- Feilding Customer Service Inquires
- Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
- Managing client database and preparing reports.
- Effectively communicate with clients and sales teams/customer service team
- Performing other general office duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Degree educated preferred.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong numeracy and organizational skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual is a plus, not a must.
