Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at The Good Samaritan in Climax, MN. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
About the Role:
- Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
- Deliver age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of the resident as per care plan.
- Assist with basic health care needs, including daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and providing psychosocial support.
- Aid providers and nursing staff members with procedures, if needed.
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary.
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position.
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
- Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
Salary : $21,560 - $53,120
