Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing direct patient care, administering medications, and performing treatments as ordered
* Conducting assessments, developing care plans, and documenting resident interactions and outcomes
* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulations and policies
Requirements:
* Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
* Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
* Current unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
* Completion of required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements
