We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions while reporting into our Director of HR. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage human resources processes while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Duties
- Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Assist in creation and implementation of training plans
- Active participant in handling incoming concerns and corrective actions
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Utilize HR software such as ADP for efficient workforce management.
- Provide administrative support to HR initiatives and maintain accurate employee records.
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce needs and improve organizational effectiveness.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
- Excellent interviewing skills with a focus on identifying top talent.
- Demonstrated ability to design effective organizational structures.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
