We’re on the hunt for our next Internship Coordinator . This role leads the charge in creating powerful internship and apprenticeship pathways, partnering with employers and agencies to turn learning opportunities into long-term success—while staying laser-focused on data, collaboration, and impact.

The Awesome Things You’ll Do
- Oversees development of internships and apprenticeship opportunities for participants.
- Works in partnership with employment specialist team to identify employers with internship-to-work possibilities
- Identifies other external internship partners; troubleshoots internship challenges; and identifies governmental support.
- Refers par ticipants, as appropriate to HRA Internship Placement Services, as needed.
- Keeps the database updated daily and weekly.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- 1 year or more years of experience working in workforce development, job placement, or career services.
- Experience building relationships and strategic partnerships
- Microsoft Suite experience required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills
- Proposed hiring at $40,000
