One of Tampa’s most sophisticated modern brasserie-style restaurants is seeking an experienced and classically trained Executive Chef to lead a premier culinary team. This upscale, high-volume ($13M–$15M annually) scratch kitchen blends timeless French influences with elevated modern flair—perfect for a chef who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about leadership, refinement, and excellence.

Executive Chef – Benefits And Compensation

• Competitive base salary: $100,000–$110,000

Executive Chef – Requirements & Qualifications

• 5 years of recent experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in upscale, high-volume kitchens
• Formal culinary education or equivalent executive-level experience
• Proven ability to manage a large kitchen team (includes 3 Sous Chefs and 1 Executive Pastry Chef)
• Experience leading operations in kitchens generating $10M in annual sales
• Mastery of food and labor cost management, kitchen financials, and vendor relations
• Strong ability to ensure food quality, consistency, and innovation in a scratch environment
  
  

Executive Chef – Preferred Background & Skills

• Previous experience in resort, hotel, or luxury restaurant groups (e.g., Disney, fine-dining multi-unit operations)
• Familiarity with systems such as Restaurant365, Toast POS, and HotSchedules
• Polished, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
• Local candidates (Tampa/Orlando) preferred; relocation within Florida will be considered
