We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Director to lead our HR functions. - Able to communicate effectively up the ranks as well as down the ranks.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- SHRM - CP or SHRM - SCP or other HR certifications are a plus
- At least 2 years of Director-level experience in managing an HR team and a strong generalist background in all areas of HR management, supporting at least 600 employees across multiple locations
- Experience should include Worker's Comp cases and litigation
- Hospitality industry experience, especially in an HR leadership capacity
- In-depth knowledge of local, California, and federal employment regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills with expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving
